Tomorrow CD Projekt Red ends support for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of GWENT: The Witcher Card Game. The card game, which started as a mini-game in The Witcher 3, is being shut down in favor of its PC and mobile versions. In a post, CD Projekt Red said that on December 9th, there will be an update that will “essentially freeze GWENT in its current state.” There will be no more updates, expansions, or additional content added to GWENT, and matchmaking with other platforms will no longer be supported....

Sarah Kerrigan is upset in this latest trailer for StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm. Rightfully so, the formerly human and now Zerg Queen of Blades has a bone to pick with Emperor Mengsk, and she wants to extract Vengeance by any means necessary. In true Blizzard fashion, this CG trailer is probably a pretty good representation of what you’ll find in the cutscenes of the complete second installment of the single player campaign....

Xbox Game Studios has grown a lot and gotten better over the last year. We’re going to see the first results of this progress in a few months hinted at by Xbox’s marketing manager Aaron Greenberg during a recent interview. Cyberpunk 2077 is no stranger to delays. The game was delayed several times until it was finally released on December 10, 2020, to mixed reviews. The game has now been delayed again, but this time it’s taking The Witcher with it. Fortunately, the delay for both games is simply the next-gen upgrades. Developers at CD Projekt Red announced that the release date for dedicated versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for next-generation consoles—which includes PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S—have been postponed....

Called the Honor 9X, the device was launched last July in China and was originally expected to be launched in India before the end of last year. The Honor 9X ships with Google Mobile Services (GMS), because it was originally launched before the US government’s sanctions on Huawei, came into effect. According to the company, the Honor 9X “is based on Android and GMS (Google Mobile Services), and also Google Play”....

Minecraft Championship is an event held by a group called the Noxcrew that pits teams of 10 Influencers across the Minecraft community in various Minecraft game mode mods. The game modes will test each participant’s skill in parkour, survival, combat, and teamwork. Each Minecraft Championship will also start with ten teams playing up to eight games. After eight games, the two teams with the most coins will make it into the finals....

Some Pokémon will only evolve if you trade them with another trainer, but things work a little different in Pokémon GO. The Trade Evolution mechanic is straightforward. You have the second form of a Pokémon in your collection and ask a friend to trade with you. When you trade, your Pokémon goes to your friend. When it arrives at them, the Pokémon has no candy cost to evolve....
