The Halo Reach Xbox One beta is delayed, with no follow-up release date. The reason 343 Industries is delaying the game is due to memory issues on the Xbox One. The main problem is with the new progression system, which uses the Unreal Engine 4 on top of the existing engines. 343 Industries explained the situation from a blog post. “As has been stated previously, making any game is hard, let alone where you’re dealing with 11 game engines and seven complete games under the roof of one title sharing the same hardware resources,” said 343 Industries....

Heavenly Sword may not receive a sequel just yet but we do get to see an animated movie version of the videogame tale. A trailer has been released showcasing the direct-to-video movie which stars a pretty good voice cast. IGN was able to get their hands on the trailer first which features a voice cast of Anna Torv, Alfred Molina and Thomas Jane. Molina plays the titular villain, King Bohan. The movie based off of the game itself so it isn’t really a sequel, but more of a retelling of the Heavenly Sword story....

2021 is turning out to be a pretty big year for BioWare. The EA-owned studio is currently working on new Mass Effect and Dragon Age titles, including a collection of the first three Mass Effect titles. It was also revealed today that BioWare would cease development on Anthem Next, the total revamp of 2019’s Anthem that has been in development for roughly two years. However, it looks like more may be coming from BioWare soon....

The reception for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice may have been mixed at best earlier this year, but that hasn’t stopped DC from going all out with their promotion of the upcoming Suicide Squad.
