This battle is a bit different than typical battles, in the sense that you can’t just outright attack the Angry Wiggler to win. You will actually have to complete certain tasks to beat the Wiggler in this fight. To beat the Angry Wiggler in Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, you’ll need to take out each Darkmess Eye that appears on the Angry Wiggler throughout the battle. This will take some time, as they don’t appear all at once, but it’s the main function required to take down the boss.
The biggest thing to focus on when fighting the Angry Wiggler in Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope is movement! The Wiggler will smash back and forth throughout the train, causing items that you could use as cover to be destroyed. Team Jumps and Launch Pads will be super valuable. Just make sure you keep focussing on taking out each of the Darkmess Eyes that show up on the Angry Wiggler as they appear.
You will have to take out 16 Darkmess Eyes in total. The best way to do this is to focus on using weapons that can take out multiple eyes at once, like Rabbit Mario‘s weapon or Princess Peach’s weapon. With these, it is possible to even take out up to 4 Darkmess Eyes at once.
