Phasmophobia Update 0.7.1 Patch Notes
Where to find Jack-o’-lanterns in Phasmophobia
During the Halloween challenge event in the horror game, Phasmophobia, Halloween items like the jack-o’-lantern only show up in specific maps and only in Nightmare difficulty. If you play on any other difficulty, the Halloween items won’t appear, and you won’t progress on the Halloween Challenge in Phasmophobia. If you complete the Halloween challenge, you’ll get a Halloween trophy in turn, so make sure you’re on the right difficulty! Below is a list of maps where you can find the Phasmophobia jack-o’-lantern:
- 13 Willow Street
- Grafton Farmhouse
- 10 Ridgeview Court
- 42 Edgefield Road
- 6 Tanglewood Drive
- Camp Woodwind
- Bleasdale Farmhouse
To get your Phasmophobia jack-o’-lantern and other Halloween items, you must first find all the candy on the map. To do this, you’ll have to search through every crevice, nook, and cranny in the map. Finding all the candies is absolutely vital to the operation. One of the easiest ways to do this is to bring along a few friends. The Halloween challenge doesn’t necessarily need to be completed solo, and having a few helping hands can definitely speed up the process quite a bit!
There is one surefire way to know when you’ve found all candies on a map. You’ll hear a distinct sound effect when the last one has been collected, signaling that you can go and collect the Phasmophobia jack-o’-lantern or other Halloween item now!
Once you find a jack-o’-lantern in Phasmophobia, you will have to light it with a lighter. Lighters can be found in the truck, or you can bring one with you when you enter the mission. Once you collect all the candies on the map, find the jack-o’-lantern, and light it, there is only one thing left to do. Now, you have to take a picture of a ghost before you can finish the challenge!
Hopefully, this article gave you insight and helped you make it through Phasmophobia’s Halloween Challenge!
