Shift Codes is an addition to the Borderlands Franchise that was mostly popularized with the release of Borderlands 2 and has been a consistent part of the series ever since. It made its return into Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Borderlands 3 and will most likely make a return in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Many people may not know what Shift Codes actually do, so let me explain that addition into the Borderlands Franchise.
How to use Shift Codes in Borderlands
Shift Codes is a method of engagement between developers and players around the world. Gearbox introduced it via their platform SHiFT. These are codes that consist of 25 signs, and you can unlock special rewards after entering given codes either in the game or on their official website. You will need to create a Shift account and log in to enter the Shift Codes.
To obtain new Shift Codes, check out our Shift Code Lists and follow Gearbox / Borderlands social media.
