Just a day after IO Interactive’s Hitman Spring Pack wrapped up, IO Interactive has announced a new retail Hitman edition for consoles, this time called Hitman: Definitive Edition.

Published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Hitman: Definitive Edition will feature the full 2016 Hitman’s episodic first season along with all of the title’s Game of the Year Edition content. That means players can expect four missions from the Patient Zero Campaign, three unlockable weapons through three special Escalation Contracts, and other goodies that launched when the GOTY edition released in November 2017.

Hitman: Definitive Edition will also launch with the Hitman Summer bonus missions throughout Sapienza and Marrakesh, the Hitman: Blood Money Requiem Pack, and all featured Contracts, Escalation Contracts, Challenge Packs, and updates from both Hitman’s first season and Hitman Game of the Year Edition. There’s even a new outfit bundle, “The Anniversary Outfit Bundle,” that dresses up Agent 47 as characters inspired from IO Interactive’s previous releases, such as Freedom Fighters and Kane & Lynch. In other words, this looks to be one of the best ways to get started on Hitman for players that haven’t tried the game yet.

Hitman: Definitive Edition hits store shelves on May 18, with a digital release planned for later in the year. No PC version was announced, making this a PS4- and Xbox One-exclusive deal. For more information, check out IO Interactive’s official announcement on the version.

In the meantime, IO Interactive teases there will be “more to come” later this year, which sounds promising for Hitman fans.
