Hitman 3 has today launched its January 31 update on PC, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch! So today’s patch is just a tad unusual compared to our usual patches covered here, not just for the reason of it being a PC exclusive patch. IOI has actually placed these two fixes over on their support page rather than a main set of patch notes. To their credit though, this makes sense seeing as the two notes are fairly minor though can be helpful to some of you who scored the recent free upgrade. More on that in a moment. Without further adieu, here’s everything new with Hitman 3 in its January 31 update!

Hitman 3 January 31 Update Patch Notes

Starting us off is a fix for the Steam demo of all things, which ran into some issues regarding both Hitman 1 and 2’s content. Players for whatever reason couldn’t access free levels through the demo, though now that’s possible! While this isn’t much for some of you, it’s good for those trying the demo to see if the game is something they’d truly want to play. That and, well, the recent flak over various aspects may leave some people more than a little skeptical.

The other change is more relevant to those of you who purchased the Standard Edition and received a free upgrade to the Deluxe Edition. If you found yourself running into the issue of being unable to get the free content now added to your account, that problem has been tackled. Now, if you head over to your IOI Account details, you should find your Deluxe Edition content fully activated!

While this isn’t much for today’s patch, it wasn’t a very large patch, to begin with. If you’d like to see the rest of the known issues the team is working on, head over to the IOI support page.

Hitman 3 is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
