The Heart of Depth artifact can be found at the top of Dragonspine inside of the Peak of Vindagnyr domain. Before being able to access the domain, you will first need to move the Skyfrost Nail. Once you have access to the Peak of Vindagnyr, you can farm both a four-star and five-star version of this set.
