GTA Online will soon be seeing the release of the Cayo Perico heist, one of the biggest updates to ever hit GTA Online. This new update will see the introduction of not only a new heist but an entirely new island to explore as well. Many are anticipating this update to be huge, bringing plenty more replayability to the game after the wonderful Diamond Casino Heist. One specific bit of content coming, announced today, is a new social space under the Casino known as “The Music Locker”. This new space will bring in fresh DJs, along with new ways to host a rocking party with your friends!
The Music Locker features three unique DJs, all well known in the real world among their respective regions. Hosting the GTA Online festivities is Detroit DJ legend Moodymann, featuring motor city soul, disco, and techno with backup dancers helping him out. Later in the season, you can expect to see Berlin’s Keinemusik with songs reminiscent of open-air beach parties which is sure to soothe the soul. Finally, Palms Trax will make an appearance from the UK’s underground, bringing some old-school house into the mix to round off this trio. Given I’m a big fan of house, I’m especially excited to see what Palms brings to the table.
